Are you unhappy when others are succeeding?
Does your success seem dependent on someone else's failure?
In life, we have to expect it to have ups and downs. That's what part of living is about. Things don't always happen the way you wanted. We are forever and consistently being presented with situations that challenges us, make us grow, teach us divine lessons about life, and make us into more conscious beings. If life is still, it means our heart no longer beats. When a heart stops beating, it simply means death. Without challenges, life would be pretty dull, and we would never grow to become better people.
When things don't go your way, take a step back, evaluate and process your emotions. Vent if you have to, but never linger on the problem. Look around you, you will realise that it's never the worst situation and you are not the only one facing this, there are other out there facing this too. Acknowledge your thoughts and uncover what you're really upset about. Analyse the situation, identify how it occurred and focus on the actionable steps so that it won't occur again next time. Give yourself a break to digest the pick-up points from the encounter.
Someone once told me: You don't challenge the obstacles, let the obstacles challenge you. The obstacles will now come out with motivational quotes for themselves. I was also reminded that there isn't a challenge that we cannot surmount. Even though challenges may appear impossible to conquer at times, trust that it is possible and have belief in yourself.
It doesn't matter if you've failed over and over again. Failure is the mother of success. Failure is the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently. Your success begins with the right perception and right attitude. The main reason why people become successful is because they never say die, they did not give up easily despite failing again and again, they are determined to win. Success is for those who can maintain their enthusiasm forever. If you cannot take setbacks, you will never succeed in life. For successful people, they have on an average three times as much activity as normal people.
Well, I believe that every single human have the ability to be successful. If one have decided to go through all the battles to get where they want to be, if one is determined to be stronger than their difficulties and crush their adversities, if one have made up their mind to be who they want to be then who has the right to stop them? There is no secret routine, there is no magical number of reps and sets. What there is, is confidence, belief, hard work on a consistent basis, and a desire to succeed. You will never know how close you are to success if you give up now.
`Determination; Perseverance; Persistence and 'Never-give-up' Attitude, will get you through this.
